Black Horse deposit has an Inferred Resource Now 85.9 Million Tonnes @ 34.5%
Now that the dust seems to be settling on our "proposed merger" and the payment of the break-up fee, would it not be poetic justice to use that money to fund a massive lawsuit against Cliffs re this whole fiasco? With their formerly close ties with KWG, they have had to have broken some if not many confidential and legal issues and if so, be liable in a civil lawsuit. I am sure with 2.3 million, even in Toronto, would get you some excellent legal advice and with the billions at stake here, possibly an excellent return for KWG shareholders. Now that "David" has had one half of his sling-shot taken away, he must find another means to stop Goliath. Investor sentiment from both KWG & SPQ shareholders seems to be definitely against how Cliffs orchestrated this debacle and I am sure Canadian politicians to somehow not get involved against this corporate theft would do so at their peril. This is not the time to give up the fight as the SPQ Board has done and with this 2.3 million cash infusion that some feel Cliffs may ultimately be paying, how ironic if it was used to take them on in the legal arena and just maybe, David would ultimately triumph and secure a victory for the little (Canadian) investor. Happy 4th of July to all our American shareholders who have had to take some lumps on other forums from some moronic posters. If as some predict, we drop a little or a lot next week, we all must still hang in there knowing we still have everything we had last week and at the end of the day, we are still a major owner in the ROF and will get well compensated if our Board, unlike SPQ's has a little bit of decency and respect for their shareholders. rj
