They are worried. With a couple hundred million already committed, they have to be looking for 100%, not a jv partner. Having said that, I am surprised they don't either put up more money or encourage the transparency of valuation. Perhaps they are worried that if NOT pulls a big hole, there would be more interest from a supermajor. Lots to think about. I think they all have a great future, but dallying on price by CLF seems dangerous.
