Is it possible that the Boards are dragging this out to stifle Cliffs from coming right back with another offer? Obviously both SPQ/KWG want this merger to take place so why make things easy for Cliffs and allow them to play their penny game just to prolong the vote. Delaying their intentions to the absolute last minute would certainly hinder Cliffs next move. Comments? rj
