I believe that KWG has never confirmed that the valuation commended following Cliffs's initial proposal, and later stopped, was to be continued. My recall is that Chris Meraw said that this decision was in the hands of the Comittee, but no official confirmation was ever made of the continuation... Anybody heard of additional input on that subject from KWG since?
