Barbu I have to agree with you completely WE have to fight for what belongs to the shareholders who put up the money and took all of the risk to lose every thing.To offer us a few crums and stell the jack pot is a crime. Goverments steped in to fixand clean up the lotery system . I ask myself why would a take over bid even be alowed at this point by Government or more so the [stock market com.?] I strongly feel that in that if the whole thing about the 43-101 was to protect the small share holders investments and to find out what value or kind of deposit one might have. CLIFFS absolutely does not whant the evaluatin compleated OR THE DRILLING PROGRAM TO GO ON as they know that the value and potential of the BID D is very very high and that they would have to pay a lot more for a take over of the B.D. As junior co. shareholders we have absolutely no protection whatsoever from GOVERNMENTS, or Investing com. in these take over bids and that is why it should be illegal to take over a jounior co prior to a complete evaluation and completed drilling program.
