If the e-mail is fact, it means KWG will pay for the balance of the evaluation at worst. However once you contract to undertake additional expense andf you give that a purchase order, there had better be a clear escape clause. The company doing the work will not take kindly to investing yome and money to prepare the project without pay...Clifs may be om the hook there.

Another reason to cease the evaluation is thet they are aware of the outcome and it will not favor them.

They may think they can rock the agreement by upping 3.5c and the timming is crucial. they tried to rock the price for kwg this week and it didnt work as well as they hopped.

Attack this week on KWG was 3 fold...they tried to drop the sh price for KWG while Bying up SPQ and increasing the offer for SPQ.

They are desparate. They were not pressured by counter offers to increase the offer for SPQ. they got their nose out of joint with KWG they were insecure and threatened.. now acts of desparation...
