I was told by KWG today, that the valuation will be based on a number of different factors.

1 - valuation of what all of KWGs finds are worth

2 - the value of the 1% smelter royalty (this part says a lot)

3 - the value of the staked property to create the railroad and the expense gone into putting that together and what it means (this part says a lot too)

4 - and hopefully, I said hopefully, some forward looking assessment of the potential worth being uncovered.

Also, after this is all said and done, Cannaccord will try and "shop the company around" to find a better white night or a new suitor that makes sense after CorMark completes their valuation.

Remember everyone, Cliffs is not the biggest player in this environment. Just because they wanted to "date KWG and SPQ at the same time, bought us dinner and drinks, doesn't mean we have to marry them !

I was also told that the valuation will take about 2 weeks, dated back to last Friday. So the soonest would be June 18th. My guess would also be that they will absorb it over the weekend internally and what it means, and possibly release it on the Monday, the 21st.
