yes but now that they could control BD and buy one or the other or both, BD @40% cr, the 0.13 offer was (coorect me if im wrong) for all KWG assets, railroad, royalties, diamond properties... how much would you pay? if you are a KWG shareholder, what would you accept?
i think it is worth around 200M$ for SPQ and 250M$ for KWG...
