They want this for who?

Cliffs or an affiliate would acquire all of the common shares of each of KWG Resources Inc. ('KWG') (TSXV: KWG) and/or Spider Resources Inc. ('Spider') (TSXV: SPQ) not owned by Cliffs or its affiliates.

What about the warrants and options? Is that what they are "protecting".
