Status of Project Financing Package and Environmental Assessment?

Has anyone an update on KWG's project financing package? The feature story in the latest Sudbury Mining Solutions Journal described Frank Smeenk as stating, "If KWG is able to put together a project financing package, then that would add to the attractiveness of Big Daddy being first". I also wonder which part of the whole chrome intrusion will be developed first.
