FWR takeout by Cliffs question for our great board:

I sold all my FWR at 96¢ so I didn't actually get CLF shares. But now I'm thinking that was a bad decision.

If I understand the deal correctly, the CDN $1.00 offered for each FWR share by CLF's would only be realized when CLF's price reached approximately $50 CDN (CDN is basically par with USD now).

So since CLF's is now trading at $70 USD/share, what was the real price paid to FWR shareholders that didn't sell like I did ?
