spq is talking reverse split 1-10 consolidation of outstanding shares for in all likelyhood a near term PP for other projects or feasability studies??

KWG insiders excersizing warrents and bying on the market(good sign) dont seem to be too woried about # of shares outstanding at the moment...10 shs worth a buck or 1 share worth a buck kinda semantics as KWG is really not on the market at the moment and is still able to get PP filled. If they were entertaining a merger, the # of shares outstanding is close enough to make a RS un necessary for the moment. Got to watch these two carefully for any sign.
