You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
I don't know that it's unusual, but it is interesting. Last year, our Annual Meeting was on Mar. 16 and Spiders was on June 11. Why are they both holding their meetings on May 19th this year? You could probably come up with any number of theories or it may mean nothing. Have to wait and see.
