This is just the second tranche of the original PP announced for $10,000,000. Because of Cliff's desire to participate and maintain their 19.9%, it's now been increased to $11,000,000, of which (by my math) $7,686,250or 61,490,000 shares have been subscribed. To fully subscibe the PP there are 26,510,000 shares or $3,313,750 to come.

Perhaps this is why we haven't moved up with Spider... because the private placement hasn't closed yet. Once it's filled, the powers that be may take the leash off. My thoughts anyway.
