It makes perfect sence for the Majors to sit on their hands. Why start a bidding war now for jr's? CLF will unite many of the small jr's in the ROF and then in turn be purchased by a large major very easily.

CLF with a market cap of about 6 Billion would not stand a chance of defending itself from a major like Xtrada with a market cap of 180 Billion. The CEO's of the MAJORS are not stupid they will wait and devour the company left standing. Its very simple math, one bite will be cheaper than 10 or 20.

If I learned anything from the FWR purchase it is that retail means nothing. Most retail will be long gone before the vote even takes place. I held my FWR and recieved CLF shares and made a six bagger. Was it fair? No FWR was worth about $5.00 a share (CLF estamate one week after purchase) But Fair means very little, this is big business. That does not mean I will not fight tooth and nail to get every penny I can!

I'll hold my shares until the end again and throw the dice for a better score.
