The Toronto Premiere is looking to fill his coffers. He has recognized the potential of Billions flowing south from the ROF. So here is what I think is going to happen. He will be helping KWG finance the rail line to the ROF. KWG will keep its independance from CLF and be the opperator of the line.

My reasoning is that if CLF buys out KWG it would be political suicide for the Toronto Premiere to help fund a U.S. company build a rail line in Canada.

KWG/Canada Chrome is here to stay. Also expect expediated environmental and Liciencing for the mine.

Just a few gueses until tommorow, I also predict a sp jump after the budget sinks in.
