Message: KWG control of B.D. operations

After re-reading the amended Option Agreement, I have noted an inaccuracy in this statement.

"Also Bruce brought up that after this term of KWG control it will revert to majority vote amongst the JV partners to determine who will have this control for the next term, etc., etc., and since Cliff's now owns Freewest's portion of Big Daddy, ostensibly Spider will never gain control of the management of this property ever again."

Actually the Agrement reads:

"The Amended Option Agreement further provides that KWG and Spider will alternate as operator of the McFaulds joint venture project for one-year terms, until March 31, 2012, with Spider acting as initial operator until March 31, 2010. The three parties will decide on the operator for the period after March 31, 2012 by way of majority vote."

In light of this I would say that Spider will resume as operator March 31, 2011 for the final time, assuming of course, ....
