In the talks I've had with KWG, I've been told much the same thing (no talk of the geos. hating one another, but professionals don't always see eye to eye) You're right, that as the operator, KWG will get the final say on where the drills get placed. All 3 JV partners will have their input, but ultimately KWG makes the decision. Again, a majority vote to decide the operator in future terms would favor KWG and not Spider. I'm looking forward to an announcement, after April 1, stateing KWG has now taken over as operator of the JV properties and hopefully they will let us know what work is being planned for the upcoming season. Perhaps KWG will also be taking over the task of further defining the Black Label and Black Thor deposits now owned by Cliffs. Cliffs is a miner, not an explorer, and I would think that there's still plenty of work to be done there.
