Crazytrade says, Yes sir. Kwg and spq have had some luck with the drilling and there is lots of resource there but we have a problem sir. We do not know at this time where the best location for the mine startup should be. We must buy all the resource in the immediate area to quarentee that we own all the resource. The shareholders know from the FWR takeover that we stole for 1/4 the value that resource as it is publicly been put in the media that it added $4 to our SP . It won't be as easy to convince them this time that their resource has not much value.

Chairman. Better get that resource now or the value will only go up as time goes on.

Crazytrade. But sir, How much should we offer

Chairman. Well with the FWR/NOT attempt we said to the public "whatever it takes we will own this resource" So offer .02 over anyone else as I doubt that anyone else will take on us, we'are the great Cliffs.

Crazytrade. I hear that KWG and SPQ may merge, just a rumour, how will that affect us?

Chairman, Take them both out NOW as we can stop this imaginary merge because we own most control of KWG and get Spq for peanuts.

Crazytrade. And sir , what do we do about Noront and their plan to build a mine and start selling chromite before us?

Chairman. Bunch of idiots, just spread bad rumours and drive their investors away, we will get to them later, after all we still have 5 years

Crazytrade. I think the governments want something a little faster than that to help the economy. We better offer what they are worth and quit playing games with them. Everybody is much smarter now. How about .25 to start for each company? Maybe we better take out Noront for $3 too and sew up the whole area before this gets out of hand.

Chairman.Well we better do it before those FNs make all those seperate little deals and we have a nightmare, better they deal with just us as they are joining into one voice so we better have one voice too. Lets see what the rest of the BOD wants to do, Ok the rest of you. HOW MUCH? and WHEN?
