Good eye, RL.
I think they don't see the utility to refer to CCC anymore since in my understanding CCC is equal to KWG minus DDI. Given that DDI seems to have become from somewhere near October 2008 a dusty piece of corporate paper, CCC and KWG are one (KWG is the holding which hold CCC which hold the claims)
You will sooner or later see the holding KWG disappear as an entity, during the course of a reorganization of some kind because the KWG corporate shell is a Québec jurisdiction Corporation (have a look at my previous posts), whereas CCC is a federal (CBCA Act) Corporation. CCC will remain as the operating entity (under which of the 2 names, your guess). The old text was made shortly after CCC incorporation and rollover. This is History now.
And the old and new text bear the very same cut&paste wording except for the last sentence about the 1% smelter and CCC. ... Except also for the word 'nickel' which is now placed before the chrome... Someone did the correction. Why?
All my personal opinion, and just talking, guys!
