This push to come up with a railroad without consulting the First Nations seems to be a Cliffs backed play that has upset the local populations as they would like to have some use of this railroad for other purposes than the mine. The government of Canada will be stepping in and repairing with a few legal federal requests as well so that the entire region is best represented. Who's ill-thought idea to claim some tracks of land without including the rest of the players may be the biggest blunder of Cliffs so far. This as many other problems will be overcome with dialogue, and a joint effort from the entire community will happen, hopefully without an ideology of bulldozer tactics that Cliffs has brought to the ROF. Even so called Majors can make mistakes.
