The common shares of KWG Resources Inc. ("KWG" or the "Company") will be listed on CNSX as of December 31, 2009. The Company has 477,863,010 million common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 427.8 million shares.

KWG is an exploration stage company with properties in Ontario, Canada. KWG has two property groups: the chromite, nickel, base metal group and the diamond group held in a wholly owned subsidiary, Debuts Diamonds Inc.

KWG also trades on the TSX Venture Exchange.
