Cliffs, good or bad?

They bought into FWR and their SP stopped moving, declined and then sat there. Not makes a bid and Cliffs had no choice but to bid higher or NOT would of got FWR, otherwise it looks like Cliffs would of taken FWR for NOTHING. Now are we in the same boat. Cliffs range locking us at this spot untill they own us for .07, We need our dark knight to rescue us from the White Knight...Cliffs
