Opinion of Mac as to (Cliffs or other pretender) to want the whole thing (KWG-SPQ-FWR-NOT). After stating that he readily admits to have had discussions with Cliffs (while Noronts would'nt admit that on their part...). Hamilton (from NOT) stating further that CLF stake in KWG is meaningless, given its very small piece of the chromite....
