Kwg does have one advantage that many of the other ROF co.'s don't have, and that is its huge number of shares. Many see this as a hinderance to the sp but for a take over its a nightmare. Mostly held by retail KWG will be a hard target to aquire with an insufficient bid. I'll be holding out for at least .75 a share, today tommorrow or in 5 years i'll wait.

So don't worry be happy and make the big guys pay!
