From today's news release ---

The current drill campaign will comprise 11,000 metres in 28 drill holes, designed to test the entire geophysically inferred strike length of the Big Daddy prospect on the property to a depth of +/- 250 metres at an optimum drill density of 100 metres, being the depth and density for a preliminary pit optimization review.

I repeat, an optimum drill density of 100 metres, being the depth and density for a preliminary pit optimization review.

I think this shows us quite clearly that the intention is to mine Big Daddy, and that 100 metres spacing is considered adequate to confirm the consistency of grade and tonnage of the mineralisation to a level sufficient to justify development.

In my opinion the present intention is to have Canada Chrome as the operator here. Bulk samples may well come out of the ROF sooner than many expect.

I would like to see input from other posters on what might be involved in getting a winter road into the area. Not an all-weather road, but the cheaper alternative used to supply many isolated communities in the North.

This must be an option that the companies in the area have considered.

The above is My Opinion Only (MOO)
