I'd like to find the easy answer, but it may be more complicated.

Lot's of theories on who the third party could be. I particularly like your thought that it may be Canada Chrome. If, in fact, this is the case... that would make KWG stock considerably more valuable than present. I emailed Bruce back in September basically asking if Canada Chrome was being funded by KWG exclusively or if the JV partners where contributing also. My thinking was that the work being done would be costly and the resultant infrastructure analysis would benifit all. KWG isn't exactly awash in cash, according to their financials. I never received a response. Is this info some dark secret? Trying to find any info on Canada Chrome's financials, structure, etc. is next to impossible. They may have more available funding than we can imagine (Cliff's backing?). The smoke will clear eventually, but at this point it's all just theories.
