Obviously no one is sure who the third party may be but, who may be considered a third party to the negotiations is really open to interpretation and it could easily be cliffs as well as any one. Being associated as a shareholder in FWR would not negate you from being considered a third party in these transactions but I guess I will have to wait like everyone else to find out. Take care.
