Debut Diamonds may be a nice bonus for us shareholders as a spin-off, but once separate this company and its possible increase in share price will not have a direct influence on KWG share price - FWR price hasnt reacted directly to the recent dramatic surge and ebb of QUC share price.
Where KWG S.P. may see big increases is if things go according to plan with Canada Chrome. Should financing for the rail line and other development in the ROF be found by C. Chrome, and the company remains a KWG subsidiary ( dont see how), then we should see many times current S.P. Even if it ends as a totally stand-alone entity, KWG will see appreciation because of the Net Smelter Return on the chromite. This will provide very substantial revenue once production begins.
