The next couple of months will sure be interesting. The first thing that comes to mind is that there is no way Mac will recommend that FWR shareholders accept the offer as it stands. What this offer does do is wake up the market to the fact that the ROF players are serious about mining this area. This could also be the catalyst that gets Frank to complete the Debuts spinoff before an offer is made for KWG.
