I think you'll find that what ever current percentages Spider and KWG share on their properties will remain the same. My understanding of yesterday's news is that, going forward, either company is no longer obliged to share with the other on any future aquisitions. So, if KWG were to stake more ground or option other properties, they don't have to give 50% to Spider and vice versa.
