Selling 100% of the chrome assets for cash is possible, but so is keeping a large chunk of shares in Canada Chrome and raising development cash by an IPO. Cliffs and others could buy in to that, and KWG could own part of an independent chrome mine development; The present shareholders would suffer no further dilution, and KWG could continue exploring for other minerals, like nickel, copper, PGEs and so on. Debut Diamonds would probably be spun off by that point also, and again, whether each KWG shareholder gets D.D. shares directly or through KWG retaining an interest in Debut.D., we would benefit.

Development of the chromite deposit is going to cost a lot, in the billions, not millions. How could KWG do that? Best option is to keep as large an interest as possible and hand (sell) the development to others with deep pockets and expertise.

KWG will probably contribute its right to the chromite in return for shares in the new company, while others will buy in for cash. Possibly FWR and SPQ will participate in the same way

We already have those Net Smelter Royalties for all of the FWR, SPQ and KWG chromite, so will benefit from a working mine, even if we have no other interest in it. However, I m sure we will have a good percentage ownership as well.
