Probably will not affect the value of KWG shares much, if at all. I doubt if the diamond assets presently contribute a large percentage to the .05 share price. Take FWR and the spin-off of QUC (uranium assets) as an example of the possible upside. Their share price (FWR) did not drop at the time of the spin-off, and QUC shares are presently trading at almost 3 times the price of thei parent company, which still retains a large percentage interest.

A nice bonus for shareholders, whatever the ratio of Debut shares to KWG shares held.
