Our Canadian dollar is equal to one hundred cents...thus expressed this way= $1.00

A penny, therefore, would be expressed as $0.01.

For KWG to be UNDER a penny it would have to be expressed as $0.005, or half a cent.

And you're not that much of a noob, I've seen you posting LOTS on other hubs over the last coupla years...don't be so hard on yourself.
