What investors don't realize is that KWG will no longer be an operating Company in the Exchanges, BUT Debuts Diamonds will replace it...an attempt was made this week to list Debuts, but was apparently NOT successful...The question will remain will KWG remain trading when Debuts id finally listed....

I Emailed Bruce Hodgman and asked for clarification of the above statement and this was his reply:

Hi XXX,

The post is totally untrue. Debuts has been approved for trading subject to delivering the shares pro rata to KWG shareholders. KWG continues to trade on the TSX Venture and on May 26, 2009, the Company migrated to Tiers 1 of the TSX Venture Exchange.
