Have to agree with you about item 4.

I have thought about this vote and I am wondering why the reluctance to give no good explanation to us......especially if it was something beneficial to the shareholders......but then, maybe it is not in our best interests and they are trying to keep us in the dark.

I voted against item 4.

Let's see if anyone can give us a report on the AGM.
