Good Morning:

Now that KWG/CLIFFS is a done deal and Cliffs will have 19.9% of Kwg,we have more to look forward to..

Kwg/Spq/Fwr should be getting close to their 43-101 of the Big Daddy.

We maybe seeing the Debue Diamond split, hopefully this spring.

Future plans, yet to be approved by the Joint Venture committee, include the continued exploration of the project by extensive diamond drilling to delineate and to continue to expand the resource potential of the Big Daddy Chrome Deposit.
