IF true I'm going to have to eat some words. This article states Cliff is completing this deal to purchase KWG shares and completely different from the KWG news release outlining this deal as an 'option' to do so over a lengthy period of time.

Caution tells me that reporters don't always get their facts right BUT if Cliff do excercise their option and make that investment it totally changes the game in ROF.

It's still a big IF and we have to wait for the announcement it's a done deal. However this news report gets me making a wild conjecture. What if the KWG deal was purposely written the way it was to leave Cliff's hands free to do deals with Noront, FWR, SPQ etc.?

There certainly are rumours from Noront board that some deal is cooking.
