nice investigative work...actually, your research has to some extent, the theory I have that the MAJOR is already working not only behind the scenes, but now it is becoming apparent that they are actually leading NOT into their arms...

I disagree with those who earlier suggested that simply because the latest PP was "undersubcribed", that somehow this "proves" there is no Major involved now...I can't understand their reasoning...IF you wanted to takeover a company like NOT, for the least and cheapest possible price, you would make certain the PP is "undersubscribed" to drive the stock down ...IF NOT was 'oversubscribed" then that would give their game away...

Of course I have no firm/clad official knowledge on this, just merely making an educated , considered guess from all the info/data we have.. Also IF barrick were in fact the "ones", in my view, they would not necessarily soely interested in NICU, but rather the Much More important and Stratigic Metals like Chromite and PGEs...

As pointed out in Misk's last post, at least 2 Major members of NOT's new BOD are associated with Barrick...The new BOD is keeping exceedingly quiet on developments at NOT, unusually so for BOD who should be promoting their Company at every turn....as far as I'm concerned it is " a potential and plausable scenerio"....
