Hi Bruce

Just want to share with you what i cacth on a forum...

I believe we have come to a point where exploration companies such as KWG , SPQ , and others will not survive !! With commodity prices at all time lows and the McFauld's area promoting CHROMITE I feel that the world is not prepared to support a resource they don't even know what it is used for !! Time to get out, with the bid @ .015 I cannot foresee these stocks turning the corner, this will be a tremendous blow to me personally but I feel that this is dead money and will be for some time. Finally where the heck are those so called DEBUT SHARES, another JOKE !!!

Can you tell me what is your comment on this, because i'm getting litle bit nervous, with the market condition

thanks

Here's his answer:

Hi ,

I am familiar with these bulletin boards. I wouldn’t put too much stock in what you read on them.

But I am happy to address the issues raised in this post.

We are promoting Chromite because that is what we have found. It is proving up top be a potentially massive deposit. With Noront, our joint venture (Freewest/Spider), and the Freewest property all on strike, and all finding excellent grades. This rock can be very valuable. If you read the last press release we had preliminary metallurgical tests done. I quote from the report, “The processed ores easily exceed the minimum 40% Cr203 grade threshold that the market place prefers.”

As for the Debut shares we are in discussions with the OSC to get the prospectus receipted.

I can appreciate that some people are getting anxious, but we are excited about the potential for an economic deposit.

Regards,

Bruce

Another question...

And what will be the proportion oh the new DD share, on the past release it say's, 10 KWG share for 1 DD share, is that still the same ?

Another Answer...

I don’t believe that number has been established with 100% certainty.
