First of all, I cannot access anything for Aug 28th on SEDAR, only up to the 27th ???

Second, here as an opinion from SH of another poster on the transfer in his/her opinion:

"I believe Northern Securities is going to underwrite the IPO offering for Debut Diamonds Inc when it is spin-off from KWG Resources.

When the spin-off occurs KWG's diamond exploration property interests will be transferred to its
subsidiary Debuts Diamonds Inc .

I think the current KWG sharholder's will get 1 share of Debut Diamonds for every 3 KWG shares they hold.

I could be wrong on the above as I am only posting from what I can recollect so please correct me if I am wrong on the above. TJTHEMAN"
