Ghostbuyer,

At the AGM on JUne20th, of KWG, the information given re Debut Diamonds was that at that time, the necessary forms etc. were being filed with the OSC.

Distribution of shares would b e

1 Debut Diamond share would be worth $0.20 (book value)

1 " " " for every 5 shares of KWG

As of now it would trade on the TSE.V exchange in August or early Sept.

It will be a tax free dividend roll over.

I have not heard of a 'cut off date ' yet. So I presume that one could still buy KWG shares and be in on the Debut Diamonds distribution. (?)
