I have just returned from the AGM meeting this afternoon. Among those Directors present were Frank Smeenk, Michel Cote, Douglas Flett and Leonard Teoli.

Several other shareholders were present. Not a large crowd but a good meeting all in all.

Atawapska - KWG was offered the use of a drill from DeBeers Co. to do some sampling . DeBeers changed their mind and by the time they had finished drilling on their land, there was no time left for KWG to drill (weather). They did do 3 weeks of heavy mineral sampling near Pele Mountain.

MacFadyen Kimberlites has a 'helicopter rig ' - one of those rigs that can be easily moved around. The phrase 'uniform surround' was mentioned.They opened a new camp at MacFadyen yesterday.

DIAMONDS - Kyle and Wawa Diagnos Initiative........Debut Diamonds - April 30th transfer was made with everything needed filed with the OSC.

Debut Diamonds - Distribution of shares

l DD 0.20 (book value)

for every 5 shares of KWG (as of now)

Tax free dividend roll over .....will trade on TSE.V in August or early September.

I was pleased to hear this news as we shareholders have been waiting to hear about this new company for some time.
