Some one on the Spider board actually tried to have this deemed a violation. I have believed for some time that what the arrangements are between SPQ and KWG may not be as written in stone as some on the Spider would have us believe. They have a good board with passionate posters though. Time will tell if I'm correct or wrong.

So as to set fact to the contractual issues regarding the above mentioned participants. The reason for the delays in the contractual agreement pertains to issues between SPQ and KWG. UC's position is iron clad as far as legal is concerned and remaining issues involve SPQ and KWG hammering out the details of their respective positions according to U.C. admin. In addition, UC's institutional investors are guaranteed that UC's position is as stated above. So if there are to be any concerns, it may be province of those considering what the disposition of percentages will be between SPQ and KWG. I'm open to any number of possibilities for change, however, in light of the above, there are some things that are more likely than others. |
