So how does this really work?  Sounds too good to be true.  I knew Northern would be the agent for private placement because their buys were suspiciously high last week.  They have seen all the books and will act as agent.

I recently added 200,000 shares over past couple weeks at around 10 ¢ range.  My total holdings  510,000 shares currently. 

So I get 170,000 shares of the new Debuts Diamonds, PLUS continue holding my 510,000 shares of KWG ? 

Should we see a price drop equal to the value of Diamond spinoff ? 3.75¢/share ( $3.0M divided by 80M shares = $0.0375) or is this separate 100% from KWG shareprice ?
