As disappointed and poor as I am, I'm not that surprised of current prices and financing conditions. Not that it makes it easier, but all junior explorers (and spec./small cap stocks) are going to be facing the same conditions. Do companies set financing prices ridiculously low to complete a financing that would be extremely dilutive to existing shareholders, or do they temporarily suspend or curtail operations and wait/hope for more favourable conditions-whenever that may come?
How many times can you ammend a financing before you lose all credibility? If anything, I think I'd be trying to ammend the agreement with GVG. Can they (GVG) actually still expect to have that level of assessment done on the Silveria properties given the current state of the markets and exploration? The agreement was made when gold and silver were near record highs. That's anything but the case now.
If nothing else, the next few months should prove to be interesting. I wish I could substitute profitable for interesting...
Anyway, have a good evening!
