It's been almost 2 months since the announcement of the private placement for up to 20 000 000 shares at $0.20, yet there's been no announcement that this financing has been closed or fully subscribed. It was to be carried out on a "best efforts" basis, predominantly by Gateway Securities, but like I said no news whatsoever.

Anyone have any news? Anyone?
