The agreement has a term of (3) three years and management expects it will generate in excess of $750,000 in revenues over the term.

JEMTEC has provided GPS technology in Canada since 2003 and RF monitoring services since 1987. The Company's technology and services have been used to monitor over 20,000 community based corrections clients in that time.
