Thanks again for the updates and musings, JC.

Interesting that Titcomb did not follow through on the lawsuit.

Also cannot believe this has not been snapped up already. Any idea on the actual asset value versus the company cap? The NAV must be appealing in this climate or there is some obstacle that we do not know about. Curiouser and curiouser....
