...But this blew right through the $1.06 resistance.

Should now become support after a few more days closing above it.

Can't find any sort of news except the recent PR about Aug 14 financial disclosure...

... and NYSE concerns over sp, which appears to be resolved at this time.

Will something big be announced? ... ... Time will tell.
